Xavier is five weeks old today. He has own a lot in the past few weeks. He is about 23 inches and 12 pounds. He has a furious appetite and he sometimes nurses every 30 minutes to an hour at night. His favorite toy are some keys that light up (a gift from Jason). He stares and tries to hit the keys with his hands. He always smiles when I sing him "The wheels on the bus". He holds his head up pretty well but sometimes he needs to take a break. He can track with his eyes. He likes to look at the black and white animal decorations in his room. The cow always seems to elicit his attention. He smiles a lot but does not laugh out loud yet. He can smile at people. Xavier grunts to let us know how he is feeling. He is a night owl like his Daddy. His favorite sleeping spaces are his car seat and someone's arms.
